Libraries & Techniques deanship  is one of the deanships Academic Support Services of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training.

And specializes in the planning and organization of the services provided by the library and technology units in colleges and institutes Authority, as well as determine the annual needs of the body of methods and techniques of modern education and training, and providing libraries and techniques contingent needs of books and audio-visual materials and other teaching aids so as to complement its role with the educational process and maximize the effectiveness of the educational activity and training programs.
